In order to ensure the safety of all exhibitors, visitors and employees during the exhibition, we have developed measures that enable safe participation. In doing so, we follow the current valid requirements of the Austrian Federal Government, along with the recommendations of the WHO for infection control and hygiene recommendations for the reopening of exhibitions, congresses and trade fairs .
Our concept is subject to ongoing adjustments to the respective current regulations and conditions. If you have any questions in the meantime, please contact our team.
The well-being of all involved is our top priority.
Current status as of 11.11.2021
Measures as of November 09, 2021
Currently, this regulation is valid only until November 30, 2021.
Events of 500 people or more can be held with a permit. All visitors must present a 2G certificate, which means vaccinated or recovered.
Below we have summarized the most important measures and regulations in the form of our hygiene concept and the current regulations:
Admission permit
In order to visit the exhibition as an exhibitor, one of the 2.5G requirements must be fulfilled according to the current status, i.e. vaccinated, recovered or PCR-tested. If PCR testing is used for entry and there is no recovery or vaccination, an FFP-2 mask must be worn on the entire exhibition grounds.
Vaccinated:
Vaccinated individuals are those who have already received a second vaccination less than 360 days ago. In the case of vaccines for which only one vaccination is intended, the period of validity is 270 days. (currently: BioNTech/Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca, JanssenPharmaceutica NV = Johnson & Johnson).
Partially vaccinated:
In addition, there is currently a transition period for persons who have only received one vaccination. With an additional negative PCR test, no mask has to be worn on the exhibition grounds.
Recovery:
A recovery is valid until 6 months after the disease by means of an appropriate proof.
PCR test:
The result of a PCR test must not be older than 48 hours (from the time the sample was taken). The test result must include the name of the person tested, date and time of sample collection. Employees with only a negative PCR test must additionally wear an FFP2 mask on the entire exhibition grounds.
Currently, entry to CULTIVA HANFEXPO 2021 is permitted with vaccination by one of the 4 vaccines approved by the EU (currently: BioNTech/Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca, JanssenPharmaceutica NV = Johnson & Johnson). Vaccination by any other vaccines is not recognised (e.g. Sputnik V).
All exhibitors, visitors, service partners or service providers must register. By registering, we ensure that the health authorities can quickly identify contact persons in the event of a corona infection.
Provided there is evidence of a low epidemiological risk, the organiser of CULTIVA HANFEXPO is entitled to collect the following personal data:
1. first and last name
2. telephone number
3. e-mail address (optional)
We offer all exhibitors the data collection form to be filled in both online on our website www.cultivahempexpo.com and on site in paper form. The completed form will be collected before entering the exhibition hall and stored securely in boxes.
At the exhibition center, cashless and contactless payment will be possible in all areas.
The MARX HALLE exhibition center is equipped with an information system. This allows us to disseminate information, manage visitor flows and point out current regulations.
The medical service is always present throughout the entire duration of the exhibition. Paramedics and doctors treat medical emergencies directly on site. If necessary, they are supported by the public ambulance service. In addition, a hygiene officer is on site.
In order to offer all exhibition participants the greatest possible safety, the valid hygiene and distance rules on the exhibition grounds are communicated by hall signs, hall announcements and qualified staff.
As things stand at present, stand parties are permitted during the duration of the exhibition. We will keep you informed on an ongoing basis.
Gastronomy
Consumption may take place indoors in a sitting or standing position.
Congress
Seat assignment is not necessary.
Currently, there is no obligation to wear a mask for workers who have been fully immunised by vaccination or who have recovered less than six months ago. Workers with a negative PCR test must also wear an FFP2 mask.
If the situation changes before the start of the fair, FFP2 masks must be worn in the entire event area. Excluded from this are areas with tables and chairs with gastronomic offerings.
For your safety, we regularly clean and disinfect touched surfaces (e.g. tables, handrails, door handles) as well as our sanitary facilities at increased intervals. Hand washing and disinfection facilities are available for you at a sufficient distance from the entrance, at the toilets, at the cash desks, in the catering areas and in the outdoor area.
The separation at all counters is not necessary according to the current status.
The exhibition halls, the Marx Halle and the entrance areas are equipped with modern ventilation systems that operate with maximum fresh air supply. The system enables separate supply and exhaust air switching. In this way, we guarantee multiple, complete air exchange.
According to the current regulations, there is no minimum distance to be kept on the exhibition grounds. We recommend all visitors to keep a minimum distance of one metre from other persons.
Appropriate spacing measures, such as floor markings and partitions, are used to ensure that there is sufficient space in the entrance areas.
We strongly recommend frequent and thorough hand washing. Hand washing and disinfection facilities are available for you at a sufficient distance from the entrance, at the toilets, at the cash desks, in the catering areas and in the outdoor area.
We ask that you follow standard sneezing and coughing etiquette.
Only visit the MARX HALLE exhibition center if you are in good health. If you have had contact with a person infected with SARS-CoV-2 in the past 14 days, have symptoms of a respiratory infection or an elevated temperature, this unfortunately precludes your visit to the exhibition. If you have Covid-19-type symptoms while on the exhibit floor, please contact on-site medical personnel immediately and leave the exhibit floor. The medical staff can be found in the exhibition office, by the passage from the foyer to the exhibition hall. Entry of exhibition participants from foreign countries is possible in principle. There are no travel restrictions for entrants from EU member states and from countries on the positive list. Exhibition participants from all other countries may also enter the country, as they are considered business travelers for important reasons. Exhibition participants from these countries must provide proof of their participation in the exhibition when applying for a visa or entering Austria:
